Area gas prices have remained stable as we move into November.
AAA East Central says the average price of a gallon of regular, unleaded, self-serve in Western Pennsylvania is now $2.36, which is down a few cents over the last two weeks.
The average price in Butler for a gallon of gas is a bit lower at $2.34.
The national average is $2.19. Nationally, AAA says this is the lowest prices have reached since 2004.
