The plunge in crude oil prices keeps bringing gas prices down.
The Pittsburgh area is down 4 cents in the last week, bringing the local average to $2.10 a gallon.
But, in Butler County, prices have dropped below the $2 a gallon mark. We spotted $1.99 at a Sunoco on South Duffy Road in Butler Township. And, according to GasBuddy.com, the Hilltop Mini Mart in Butler and the Kwik Fill in Evans City is at $1.99 a gallon, and it’s $1.94 a gallon on West Beaver Street in Zelienople if you pay cash.
Crude oil dropped to $29 a barrel Monday morning, which is the lowest it’s been since 2003.
