Garth Brooks‘ progress on the follow up to his Man Against Machine album has been halted. The superstar blames his iPhone for setting back production on the project after it got “fried.” He told Milwaukee’s Journal Sentinel, “Here’s where the old guy gets into technology, which is bad. All the new stuff which I’ve been working on for six months was on a phone that’s been fried, and I can’t get the phone to come back up . . . It’s like losing your briefcase back in the Nineties!”
That’s not the only project facing some stumbling blocks. Trisha Yearwood told the Sentinel that the long-awaited Christmas album she and Garth have been working is unlikely to be ready for a 2015 release.
The next dates on the Garth Brooks World Tour with Trisha Yearwood takes place on October 9th and 10th in Cleveland, Ohio.
