Not only does Garth Brooks have the highest-grossing Country tour of the year so far, but he tops Forbes‘ list of the world’s highest paid country acts, earning a reported $90 million over the past year.
The Number Two spot belongs to Toby Keith, who brought home $53 million. Jason Aldean ranks at Number Three with an estimated $43.5 million, followed by Luke Byan with $42.5 million, and Kenny Chesney, who rounds out the Top Five with $42 million.
Forbes based its list on estimated income from June 2014 to June 2015 based on such things as concert tickets, merchandise sales, recorded music and publishing, endorsement deals and other business ventures.
