A local school is raising money this week towards the fight against Lou Gehrig ’s disease.
The Mars Area Primary Center is holding the fundraiser all week to benefit the Western Pennsylvania Chapter of the ALS Association.
Donations can be dropped off at the school’s main office during school hours. Checks should be made payable to ALS – W. PA Chapter.
On Friday all students and staff will be wearing red to support this cause.
