State police in Mercer apprehended a felon on the run.
This incident took place shortly after 12:00 noon on September 3, 2015. Police located 28-year-old Waylon Hogenmiller of Jamestown, PA at the Phil Godfrey Ford dealership in Greenville, PA.
Hogenmiller had several outstanding felony warrants from the state of Georgia.
