State police in Mercer report a retail theft incident that took place on Thursday.
According to the report, 30-year-old Travis Vogan of Franklin, PA was delivering product to the County Market in Grove City. Surveillance at the store shows Vogan taking chap stick off of the shelf and discarding the packaging. He then continued to work and never pay for the product.
County Market requested retail theft charges are pursued.
