Former Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane is facing DUI charges.
The 55-year-old was arrested after a two vehicle accident in her hometown of Scranton.
Kane served as attorney general from 2013 to 2016 and was the first woman to hold that position. However, she resigned in the last year of her first term after she was convicted of perjury, official oppression, and other crimes.
She ultimately served eight months in prison.
