There appears to be a winner in the Democractic primary for Auditor General.
With nearly all precincts reporting, former Philadelphia Deputy Mayor Nina Ahmad is currently winning the race by 45,000 votes over Pittsburgh City Controller Michael Lamb.
Yesterday was the deadline for six counties across the state to report mail-in ballots. Those counties were given an extension because of the protests following the death of George Floyd.
Ahmad will face Republican Tim DeFoor in the general election.
