Former Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane was sentenced to 10 to 23 months in jail, followed by 8 years of probation.
Kane was found guilty of leaking grand jury documents to embarrass a rival and then lying about it under oath.
The former AG was handcuffed in the courtroom before she was led out a side door during sentencing Monday. About two hours later, she posted $75,000 cash bail and was released.
Her lawyers say they will appeal her sentence.
