A former Pennsylvania attorney general is back behind bars after she was accused of violating her parole terms.
Kathleen Kane surrendered late last week in Montgomery County after a warrant was issued for her arrest. Kane is charged with a DUI in connection to a crash last month in Scranton.
According to charging documents, Kane violated terms of her probation which was put in place after she was convicted for leaking grand jury secrets and then lying about it under oath.
Kane served eight months in jail and then was released on parole.
