State Police in Kittanning were called to the Sheetz on route 422 in Manor Twp. early Thursday morning.
When police arrived, a 51-year-old man told them that he had been struck in the face several times by another man.
Police identified the suspect as 27-year-old Steven Michael Wolfe of Ford City, PA. He is facing harassment charges.
