Some days might be starting to feel like spring but it is, in fact, still winter and flu season is still underway.
There have now been over 1,000 confirmed influenza cases in Butler County, according to the latest data from the Pennsylvania Health Department.
Flu activity is still being considered widespread across the state, with 85,000 cases reported.
The official “flu season” began on Oct. 1 and will run through May 19.
