Stanley Cup Playoffs:
–The Florida Panthers evened their Eastern Conference Final Series with the New York Rangers with a 3-2 victory just over a minute into overtime last night. It was the third straight game in the series to go to overtime. Game 5 returns to Madison Square Garden Thursday.
–Edmonton will host Dallas tonight in Game 4 of their series in the west. Face-off is 8:30pm. Dallas leads that series 2-1.
The Seattle Kraken have officially named Dan Bylsma their coach, putting the 2009 Stanley Cup winner with the Penguins back in charge of an NHL team for the first time since 2017. He has spent the past two seasons as the head coach of the Kraken’s top affiliate in the American Hockey League, and has led that team into the Calder Cup semifinals.
