Butler County is under a Flood Watch through Friday afternoon.
According to the National Weather Service, moderate to heavy rain will begin Thursday afternoon and continue through Friday. Between 1.5 and 2 inches are expected, which could result in flooding, especially near rivers, streams and creeks.
Low-lying areas and areas prone to flooding should be on alert.
