State flags will fly at half-staff Monday to honor the late Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia.
Scalia, who served three decades on the nation’s highest court, died Saturday at a resort ranch in Texas. Officials say he died of natural causes.
Scalia’s last visit to the Pittsburgh area was back in 2011 when he was the keynote speaker at a centennial celebration for Duquenese University’s law school.
