Talks on a new Congressional map have heated up in Harrisburg as a first draft was proposed last week.
The map essentially eliminates Democrat Conor Lamb’s district on this side of the state, while possibly allowing a Democratic state senator to get involved in a Congressional primary near Philadelphia.
Experts predict that Republicans and Democrats will not agree on the redistricting, and, like last time, the new Congressional map will be drawn by the state Supreme Court.
The proposed map however is available for public comment.
