The first phase of a construction project on a busy Butler County highway is now complete.
According to a representative from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, the main construction on Route 422 in Butler has recently been finished and the work is currently being inspected.
If that inspection goes as planned, work will completely wrap up before Thanksgiving.
Work on the second half of this section of the Route 422 construction project is expected to resume in March of 2020.
