A local business is supporting an important organization with a fundraiser this weekend.
Beginning at 10:30 a.m. Saturday and continuing until 9 p.m. Firehouse Subs at the Butler Crossing will donate 15% of every dollar spent at the restaurant to the Butler County Veterans in Need.
Firehouse Subs owner and longtime Butler County resident Bill Frye is proud of this annual effort to support this private, non-profit, volunteer group that helps local veterans with furniture and financial emergencies.
Frye and his crew members hope to surpass the $600 raised in 2021 with a goal of $900 this year.
