Firefighters were called to Summit Academy in Summit Township Tuesday morning for a possible fire.
It was about 9:30 a.m. when crews said heavy smoke was spotted coming from the Herman Road building. Officials initially believed the fire may have been located in the duct work in the school’s gym.
There have been no reports of any injuries.
