The Pittsburgh office of the FBI is asking for help finding the person responsible for robbing a bank in Shaler earlier this week.
According to a press release, a lone white male entered the Allegheny Valley Bank on Mt. Royal Boulevard around 9 a.m. Wednesday.
The man was armed with a handgun and appeared to be about five feet nine inches tall, about 170 pounds, and in his mid 50s. The man was wearing an orange sweatshirt, a wig, and a homemade mask covering his face. The man left the scene in a newer model black Nissan Versa with an obscured license plate.
