A local man has been charged in connection with a stolen all terrain vehicle last August in Parker Township.
According to a criminal complaint filed by State Police, 25-year-old Tyler Snyder of Hilliards is facing charges, including felony theft by unlawful taking or disposition.
On the weekend of Aug. 18-19, a man reported that his ATV had been stolen from his property off Bowser Road. The man had trail cameras in the area where the theft occurred so he had pictures of the suspect. The man posted the pictures to Facebook to see if anyone knew the suspect and about a day later Snyder contacted the man by text saying that he did something stupid and wanted to return the ATV.
Snyder allegedly said that the theft took place after a night of drinking.
