A medical helicopter transported one person to the hospital early Wednesday after a piece of heavy machinery rolled over and trapped a worker in Jackson Township.
According to the Butler County 911 Center, crews were called to a site on Edward Drive after a mini excavator fell on top of a patient, trapping him. The incident happened about 8 a.m.
Three fire departments were called to the scene to assist with what was described as a ‘significant extrication.’
