A broken sewer line is thought to have caused a small sinkhole to form in Evans City on Wednesday.
The hole- on Route 68 in the borough near EDCO Park & Pool- appeared to be a few feet in diameter.
PennDOT was called to the scene about 5 p.m. Wednesday to shut down one lane of the road. Traffic was backed up in both directions as officers directed alternating lanes of traffic.
