If you are a speaker, presenter, group leader, pastor, CEO, college student or anyone who has to know how to connect with an audience, large or small, a free workshop is coming up for you in just over a week.
Tracey Morgan, of TL Coaching Voices and also works with the Butler Radio Network, will be leading the Speaker’s Workshop Series. Each Tuesday session begins at 1:30pm, starting on January 10th.
She says the goal is to teach people how not to ‘talk at’ an audience but rather connect with them. This is so speaker’s message makes a bigger impact.
Tracey will talk about how non-verbal communication and vocal delivery can either work for or against your message. She’ll also coach participants on how to know an audience.
The Speaker’s Workshop Series will be held at Faith Lutheran Church, 241 Freeport Road, Butler. There is no admission required, but it’s requested that you bring a non-perishable food item. Since Faith Lutheran does not have a food bank, the items will be given to the food bank of St. Luke Lutheran Church and School in Cabot, a co-sponsor of the workshop.
An RSVP is also not required but appreciated.
