Aside from selecting your favorite candidates at the polls today, voters in Pennsylvania will answer a ballot question about the ages of judges.
The question asks whether judges should be allowed to stay on the bench full-time until age 75. Current Pennsylvania law requires that justices, judges and magisterial district judges retire by the age of 70.
Critics say the question is confusing in the way it is worded on the ballot. You are voting whether to extend the current age limit by five years.
Pennsylvania is one of 32 states with judicial age limits.
