Today is Election Day in Pennsylvania.
Polls are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Butler County voters will be electing three new county commissioners and three new members to the state’s Supreme Court, among other statewide judicial races and local municipality seats.
Running for Butler County commissioner are Republicans Kim Geyer and Leslie Osche, Democrats Kevin Boozel and Jerry Johnston and the Green Party’s Michael Bagdes-Canning. Voters can pick two. The top three will become commissioners in January.
This is also being considered a historic election as three Supreme Court seats will be determined by the voters- the most vacancies filled on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court at one time in 30 years.
Election return coverage will be broadcast on both WISR 680AM and WBUT 1050AM following the close of the polls.
