Carl Edwards won the Nascar Sprint Cup race Sunday in Texas. The event was shortened by 41 laps due to rain. The event was delayed by rain for six hours. The victory locks Edwards into the final four of the championship Chase with Jimmie Johnson. The final two spots in the championship will be determined this Sunday in Phoenix. Joey Logano led a race-high 178 laps and was the runner-up. Martin Truex, Jr. was third.
