The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board is reversing a decision that would now ban consumable CBD products from being sold at liquor stores and beer distributors.
The PCLB announced that decision earlier this week, saying that the request was made at the behest of the Department of Agriculture.
The initial ruling allowed all retail licensees to sell CBD products after convenience stores were given permission last year.
CBD is a chemical derivative of marijuana, but doesn’t contain THC.
