A medical helicopter was called to the scene of a traffic accident early Monday in Muddy Creek Township.
The crash happened about 5:45 a.m. on I-79 southbound near Portersville.
A motorcycle was involved. The cause of the crash, or how many other vehicles were involved, is unclear.
Crews cleared the scene after about one hour but residual traffic backups persisted for miles.
