State police in Butler were called to the scene of a one vehicle accident on I-79 back on April 23, 2016.
This crash happened in Muddy Creek Twp shortly after 5:00 p.m. in the southbound lanes. Police arrested 22-year-old Christopher Panza of West Chester, PA for DUI and transported him to the Butler police barracks to provide a breath analysis.
Panza is charged with DUI and other traffic citations.
