Authorities seized over $13,000 worth of heroin and crack cocaine during a drug bust Tuesday night in the city of Butler.
The head of the Butler County Drug Task Force Tim Fennell says officers also seized over $4,300 in cash from the West Cunningham Street apartment.
Officers had been investigating this home since October for suspected heroin and cocaine sales. About 1,100 stamp bags of heroin, one ounce of crack cocaine and one pound of marijuana were seized, according to Fennell.
Residents Melinda Claypoole, 26, and Richard Crawford, 49, were arrested. Two neighbors- Gary McMasters Jr., 39, and Donna Larkin, 27, – were also charged.
Officers from the Butler County Drug Task Force, the Butler City Police Department and the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General executed the search warrant Tuesday.
