At least one person has been injured as a result of a two vehicle crash on Interstate 79 in Cranberry Township.
According to the Butler County 911 Center, a crash was reported just after 4 p.m. Thursday near mile marker 80 northbound.
Cranberry firefighters and EMS were among those responding to the scene. Early reports were that one driver crossed the southbound lanes and ran into the woods following the crash.
Motorists should expect delays in that area while crews are on the scene.
