A driver was charged after attempting to pass a PennDOT plow truck in Butler County.
The accident happened just before 6 p.m. Thursday evening on Route 228 westbound (near Three Degree Road) in Adams Township.
According to State Police, 35-year-old Tawnee Watkins of Pittsburgh attempted to pass the plow truck, which was turning right. The front of the plow struck the front fender of Watkins’ vehicle.
No one was hurt but police say Watkins will face charges.
