Some Butler City and Township residents had power knocked out after trees knocked down wires over the weekend.
It happened just before 6 p.m. Saturday near the Calvary Cemetery on North Main Street hill.
Dispatchers say a tree fell on power lines—which knocked poles and wires down over North Main Street.
A tree also fell onto power lines at nearby North McKean Street.
Both roads were briefly closed, with residents and businesses losing power.
