A GoFundMe online fundraising account has been set up to fund a scholarship in the name of a Butler County man who was killed in a pedestrian accident last week.
22-year-old Aleksander Teimouri was severely injured when his bicycle was hit by an alleged drunk driver on Dec. 26 in Cranberry Township.
Family and friends say Teimouri was an organ donor and was kept on life support through Saturday. The GoFundMe campaign will fund a scholarship in Teimouri’s name so to ‘help others achieve their dreams.’
A funeral will be held this week in Cranberry.
