The Department of Health is warning parents after a child’s gardening set was recalled because of lead concerns.
The Stanley Jr. Kids Wheelbarrow and 7-piece Garden Set was recalled due to the paint on the hoe and rake containing lead levels that exceed the federal ban.
Officials say nearly 460,000 sets were sold either at Costco stores or online earlier this year.
If you purchased the garden set, you can visit Red Toolbox’s to get a free replacement. The CDC also advises getting children tested for lead exposure.
