Police are investigating an incident of animal cruelty in Armstrong County.
According to State Police, a Kittanning woman let her ten year old Jack Russell terrier outside in the area of Dunbar Airport Lane around 3 p.m. Monday (10/10).
Two hours later, the woman observed the dog bleeding from the side as it walked back into her driveway. After taking the dog to the vet, it was determined the dog had been shot with a BB gun.
