Butler Area School District officials say they district is now hitting the time limits they have been targeting in terms of transporting students to and from school.
According to District Superintendent Dr. Dale Lumley, the district will still continue working with an outside contractor to help tweak the bussing issue. There are a few days left in the current contract.
However with several adjusted times and routes, school officials say the situation has been drastically improved from the problems at the beginning of the year.
Lumley says the district is still getting requests for bus stops to be changed but those occur every year.
