A tentative agreement has been reached between the Butler Area School District and its custodial employees.
Butler School Board member and negotiator Bill Halle said preliminary terms were reached during talks over the weekend. The district’s solicitor needs to look over the agreement and make sure everything is in order. A board vote to finalize the contract could be taken as early as next week.
The terms of the new contract have not yet been made public.
