The Butler County District Attorney’s Office would like the public to be aware of an extremely potent and deadly batch of heroin being distributed in the area.
Fatal overdoses have been reported and medical personnel have been responding to dozens of “near death” overdoses over the last two days in Butler County. Heroin packaged in light blue stamp bags with no other markings have been recovered at multiple overdose scenes.
