Dierks Bentley and his family are on the move. The singer and his wife have listed their Nashville home in the tony suburb of Green Hills for $1.7 million. The 4,428-square-foot home was built in 1930 and has been completely renovated. It features four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and a guest house. The family has already vacated the home.
Nashville’s City Paper reports that the Bentleys purchased the property in 2009 for $1.425 million through a trust.
Dierks continues on his Sounds of Summer tour with special guests Kip Moore, Canaan Smith and Maddie & Tae. Dierks performs on Friday (July 31st) at the Oregon Jamboree in Sweet Home, Oregon.
