–The New Jersey Devils shutout the New York Rangers 4-0 last night in Game 7 of their Eastern Conference First Round Series. It was the first playoff series win for the Devils since 2011. New Jersey will meet Carolina in the second round beginning Wednesday.

–The Philadelphia 76ers defeated the Boston Celtics 119-115 last night in the opening game of their Eastern Conference Semifinal Series.
–The Denver Nuggets have taken a 2-0 series lead in the Western Conference Semifinals after defeating the Phoenix Suns 97-87 last night.
