The 40th Cranberry Township Community Days kick off today.
This three day series of fun, family activities will take place mainly in the Cranberry Township Community Park.
The celebration kicks off Thursday with a 1960s themed car cruise as well as free musical theatre and live western music. Those who attend can also enjoy food kiosks, carnival rides, art displays, vendor stands, and inflatable attractions. The event wraps up Saturday night with a Bruce Springsteen tribute band and a 20 minute fireworks spectacular.
All proceeds raised will benefit the Cranberry Township Community Chest’s 2017 Project of the Year which is the new SportCourts at Graham Park. Between $100,000 and $150,000 is expected to be raised for that project at this event.
