State police in Mercer are investigating a criminal mischief incident.
The victim, 65-year-old Timothy Miller of Grove City, PA, told police that someone damaged the right side of his vehicle while it was parked on Woodside Drive in Pine Twp. This incident took place sometime between August 29, 2015 and August 30, 2015.
