Crews spent more than four hours on the scene of a house fire in northern Butler County Monday afternoon.
The initial call came about noon for a fire at a home on Woods Road- off Slater Road- in Venango Township. Eau Claire Volunteer Fire Department was joined by crews from Marion Township and North Washington at the scene.
No injuries have been reported.
The Red Cross has been called to assist two adults and five children who were living in that residence.
