A Cranberry Township woman is recovering following a crash over the weekend in neighboring Beaver County.
According to State Police, a one vehicle crash occurred just after noon on Sunday on the PA Turnpike in New Sewickley Township.
56-year-old Lisa Iafe lost control of her vehicle on the snowy road, leaving the road and hitting a snow bank. Iafe then went airborne over a guiderail and rolled over twice.
Iafe was taken to UPMC Passavant in Cranberry for treatment of unknown injuries. Her vehicle needed to be towed from the scene and she has been cited by police for a driving violation.
