At least one person was injured as a result of an accident on the PA Turnpike Monday afternoon.
The call came into the Butler County 911 Center shortly before 2 p.m. for the crash near mile marker 22.7 westbound in Cranberry Township.
Cranberry Emergency responders arrived on the scene to find one person injured and trapped in a vehicle.
Traffic was delayed for a time while crews were on the scene. The extent of the person’s injury is unknown at this time.
