A number of updates were approved to the Cranberry Township subdivision and land development ordinance.
At a meeting earlier this month, the board of supervisors gave approval to the new ordinance.
Included in the changes are consolidating scattered landscape requirements, updating buffering requirements, slope provisions, and street tree lists.
Cranberry Township officials say the changes were made after feedback from residents about the previous land development policy.
