Cranberry Township will soon be allowing dogs to roam another park in the municipality.
Starting June 1st, dog owners can walk their pups in designated areas and trails in the Community Park. Officials made the move after a trial run at the North Boundary Park.
Dogs must be leashed at all times and are not allowed on the sports fields or in the Kids Castle playground.
A group of volunteers will also be on hand to help educate dog owners on the rules at the park.
